You dont need to change any springs or barrels just drop it into the XL grip module. There are many videos on youtube on how to change the module. Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero. The EPS Carry is a lower deck height but you still can't get a full combat hold zero.In my opinion, the P365 trigger is smooth enough. Any gains achieved by polishing will not likely show up on your target 7-15 yards away. Where and how consistently the bullet hits should be the goal, not the feel of the trigger. Did not realize there was a difference until I read that. Checked my slides and I have 2 of each, my NRA 365 dated April 30, 2019 and my SAS slide purchased in January 2020 are the new type.The standard P365 will offer the best concealability and you can still use 12-round mags. However the longer frame on the P365 will make for a better shooter. Even with the 12-round extended mag in a std P365 I find I can handle and shoot the P365X better. It might be due to the slight flare at the base of the grip.1) Aggressive grip texture and 2) low bore axis. The P365 XLs grip texture is good. Better than anything I’ve tried from the factory except the S&W M&P 2.0. According to the Bore Axis table the P365 XL is on the low side.
