I just caught wind of a very important update to the transmission shudder TSB. Apparently, as of July 9th, the TSB has been revised to no longer require diagnostic procedures. This is obviously big news for those of us who have had to jump through dealer hoops to get anything done. You are correct in generally the blue label isn't used on the 6-speed transmissions. 18-NA-355 applies specifically to the RWD 8-speed transmission, I had it performed on my Colorado. I have not seen any suggestion the blue label fluid would be detrimental to the 6 speed, but I don't think it's the answer..
