Cadillac Dealership here in AZ is wanting to do a full transmission service, flush, change the filter and reflush the trans on my 2016 escalade. He said it'd be about 20qts of the new Mobil 1 oil, pan gasket and filter.Shudder TSB 18-NA-355 has been updated 7/19 I just caught wind of a very important update to the transmission shudder TSB. Apparently, as of July 9th, the TSB has been revised to no longer require diagnostic procedures.TSB 18-NA-355 was updated July 2019 negating the need for the picoscope diagnosis (see the bottom section in your link), and dealerships were directed to flush their existing stock. Both versions of 18-NA-355 used the same exact Mobil 1 fluid (or the TSB would have had a different number), which my dealership began using Jan 2019.
